In perspective.

I’m an Emirati chemical engineer based in Dubai, with a continuing career in industrial operations and an active property practice through Al Ruwad Real Estate.

My engineering career began in 2014. My early work in district cooling involved chemical analysis and water quality. Since 2016, I have worked as a Plant Engineer – Process in gas and petrochemicals, including utilities and water-treatment systems.

My education combines chemical engineering with a Master of Science in Energy. This site brings together selected professional work, an attributed energy-efficiency study and essays on property, industrial work and the decisions people make.

Industrial experience

  1. Current role · Since 2016

    Process engineering

    My work includes reviewing process performance, investigating operating problems and assessing technical alternatives. I contribute to risk assessments and changes to processes in gas, petrochemical and water-treatment operations.

  2. District cooling

    Chemical analysis and water quality

    As a Chemical Analyst at EMPOWER, I worked on sampling, testing and chemical-treatment support within district-cooling operations.

  3. Industrial training · 2013

    Production and quality control

    Before my engineering career, an internship at EXEED Industries from February to May 2013 gave me exposure to production and quality control across six manufacturing facilities.
